Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a qualified Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technical Services team on a flagship, multi-sector development program.

The role focuses on delivering integrated infrastructure solutions that support a wide array of project components including residential, commercial, tourism, logistics, and community developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical design efforts, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, and Parsons’ internal quality systems. This is a key technical leadership role that combines design oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support across multiple infrastructure assets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate the design of infrastructure systems, including water/wastewater networks and treatment, stormwater and irrigation, power/communication networks, mobility systems (roads, highways, bridges), and transport infrastructure (airports, heliports, rail).

• Conduct technical reviews of engineering deliverables (drawings, reports, specifications) for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integration across infrastructure and building systems.

• Liaise with clients, authorities, and third parties to align on design expectations and obtain approvals where required.

• Provide technical input to procurement and construction phases, including RFI responses and design clarifications.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development.

• Ensure adherence to Parsons’ design procedures, safety standards, and sustainability goals.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure design and engineering.

• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects in multidisciplinary environments.

• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., AASHTO, BS, ASCE).

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and related tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP).

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure programs in the Middle East.

• Familiarity with sustainable infrastructure and smart city technologies.

• Prior work experience with government or Giga project clients is an advantage.
