Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Graphic Designer, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join our team!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Bid Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions that meet our business needs. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including digital and print designs for our company's marketing needs.

Are you a creative graphic designer that gravitates toward engineering, environmental, construction or architecture related projects? Parsons is seeking a Graphic Designer who has interest in designing and preparing moderately complex art and copy layouts utilizing client standards and formats. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and production of strategic materials to support winning proposals, presentations, sales documents, and marketing collateral.
• Developing long document layouts, PowerPoint presentations, storyboards, covers/dividers, brochures, illustrations, interactive PDFs, and digital media.
• Collaborating with proposal teams and technical staff to translate messaging into visually impactful graphics.
• Ensuring designs align with Parsons’ global brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Working closely with the creative team locally and internationally to share ideas, enhance design processes, and drive innovation.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to the Junior Graphic Designer based in Riyadh.
• Advising and coordinating print and digital requirements for deliverables.
• Balancing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities

What Required Skills You will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or completion of an accredited design/graphics course.
• 10+ years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in delivering visual solutions.
• Proven ability to visually depict complex concepts accurately and creatively across multiple platforms.
• Expert proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with After Effects and Premiere is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
