Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Director - Program Portfolio Management-Commercial & Sales (Retail & F&B) - to join our team. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the Real Estate development requirements. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and oversee program portfolio management for commercial and sales operations, specifically focusing on retail and food & beverage (F&B) sectors.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Provide expert guidance on commercial and sales operations, leveraging industry knowledge to drive growth and profitability.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within scope and quality standards.

  • Identify risks and opportunities within the portfolio, implementing proactive measures to mitigate challenges.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across program management processes and methodologies.

  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in program portfolio management, with a focus on commercial and sales operations in retail and F&B sectors.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate development projects.

  • Strong understanding of commercial and sales strategies, including market trends and customer behavior in retail and F&B industries.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and fostering collaboration across departments.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
