Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Automating & developing real-time dashboards and performance data models (Power BI / Excel)
Performing deep dive analysis on AR and unbilled positions
Extracting, structuring, and validating large financial datasets
Tracking aging, DSO, and collection performance indicators
Producing precise insights for leadership reviews and decisions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience
Strong financial data analysis capability
Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, advanced formulas, data models)
Power BI development experience (visuals, measures, DAX)
Ability to build automated reporting workflows and dashboards
Hands on experience cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets
Understanding of AR, unbilled, aging, and DSO metrics
Familiarity with ETL logic and structured data handling
High accuracy, fast execution, and strong problem solving mindset
