  • Address any quality control issues, discrepancies, or delays in a timely manner to avoid project disruptions.
  • Identify potential risks to the project, including safety hazards, scheduling conflicts, and material shortages, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with workplace safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Lead safety meetings and conduct regular safety audits on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, senior management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, issues, or changes that arise.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the project remain on schedule.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and address delays in a manner that minimizes impact on the overall project timeline.
  • Integrate sustainable construction practices and green building standards into the project when applicable.
  • Explore and implement innovative construction methods or technologies to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in construction, recommending improvements where relevant.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;
