Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to spearhead the delivery of iconic, ultra-luxury hospitality assets within our world-class giga-project portfolio. With a career spanning two decades, you will provide the strategic vision and technical mastery required to transform ambitious architectural concepts into tangible, five-star realities.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring that the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship are met while navigating the immense scale and logistical complexity of a giga-project environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Direct all phases of construction for high-end resorts and luxury hotels, ensuring alignment with Parsons’ global standards and the client’s vision.

• Quality Excellence: Implement rigorous quality control protocols specific to luxury finishes, bespoke MEP systems, and intricate interior fit-outs.

• Giga-Project Integration: Manage large-scale site logistics, coordinating between multiple sub-contractors, master planners, and government stakeholders.

• Financial & Risk Oversight: Manage multi-billion dollar budgets, driving cost-efficiency without compromising the "ultra-prime" quality expected in luxury hospitality.

• Mentorship: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years in construction management, with a significant portion dedicated to the luxury hospitality sector (Five-star hotels, branded residences, or elite resorts).

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of international building codes, luxury materials sourcing, and complex structural systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (Master’s or Chartership preferred).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Proven Track Record: Direct experience working on giga-projects (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea, or similar scale developments).
