Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Inspector (Structural/Skin) to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• The position will report to the Director of Construction Management and will provide daily oversight of contractor activities and ensure proper Quality Control and Quality Assurance metrics are met.
• Provides oversight of construction related activities on T2 LXP major improvement project.
• This role will manage on-site field Structural and building Skin construction activities associated with the completion of a project and ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with contracts, plans, and specifications.
• RFI’s Management.
• Submittal Management
• Daily report.
• Quality Control Management.
• Coordinating with other team members and disciplines to minimize or eliminate Airport Operations impacts.
• Monitors the document control systems to ensure proper testing is being performed and documented.
• Utilization of Procore to document work progress and field observations.
• Schedule progress reporting.
• Manages Close Out process in accordance with RDU Airport Authority requirements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 15+ Years of Relevant Experience In:

• Steel Structural Construction

• Construction Inspections & Testing (QA/QC)

• Steel & Reinforced Concrete Structures

• Airfield inspections.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Project or Construction Manager or 15 years of field experience.
• Procore
• Proficient in scheduling construction phased projects.

Salary Range: $41.68 - $72.93
