Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior BIM Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre to join our team!

In this role, you will lead the Building Information Modelling strategy and execution across the lifecycle of a fast-track hyperscale data center project. The project involves complex engineering, high utility demand, and multiple contractor and consultant packages. Digital delivery and model-based coordination are central to achieving design and construction efficiency across all phases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and digital delivery strategy.

• Manage BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and utility models.

• Lead clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Ensure model compliance with project standards, LOD requirements, and client protocols.

• Interface with design consultants, contractors, and client teams to align BIM workflows.

• Support 4D/5D BIM integration for construction sequencing and cost planning.

• Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure data integrity and version control.

• Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM tools and processes.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• 10–15 years in BIM management, with significant experience on large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and other coordination platforms.

• Strong understanding of hyperscale data centre design and construction, including MEP-heavy environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk, BRE) are required.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience in managing BIM across multi-package, fast-track projects.

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and regional digital delivery protocols.

• Ability to drive innovation in digital construction and data integration.
