Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Architecture Manager to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead the design and execution of architectural solutions for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and excellence at every stage.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee architectural design and construction for advanced manufacturing facilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align architectural elements with project goals.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet milestones.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement in architectural practices and processes.
Act as a subject matter expert in advanced manufacturing facility design.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in architectural management, with a focus on manufacturing projects.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large-scale projects.
Strong technical knowledge of architecture and design software.

Expertise in advanced manufacturing and technology facility design.
Experience with sustainable architecture practices and certifications (LEED, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
