Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PMCM Risk and Reporting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and project reporting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans for construction projects.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on project risks and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed risk assessments and reports, including risk registers and mitigation plans.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Utilize risk management and reporting software and tools to track and report on project status.
Conduct regular risk reviews and update risk management plans as necessary.
Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices.
Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management and project reporting.
Proven track record of managing risks for large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methods, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in risk management and reporting software and tools (e.g., RiskWatch, ARM, MS Project).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP).
Experience with PMCM services.
Master’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
