Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be in support of Parsons’s reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with Jacobs and Mace delivery partners. QIC is providing strategic direction, while this position is accountable for management and implementation to QIC requirements. Reports directly to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supports the development and implementation of the QIP reports as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager.

  • Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager.

  • Expertise in the ability to compile and analyze data from the Cost and scheduling and input into PowerBI formats and Power Point presentations.

  • Receives guidance and support concerning day to day performance of the work scope.

  • Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).

  • Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.

  • Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.

  • Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Reporting Manager and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.

  • Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work
    assignments as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager.

  • Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.

  • Prepare the needed reports.

  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards,
    policies, and procedures.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent).

  • Preferably 7 years of related experience in risk.

  • Experience in construction projects and expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.

  • Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex reporting environment.

  • Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.

  • High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.

  • Strong organization and follow through abilities.

  • Strong business judgment.

  • Familiarity and reasonable experience utilizing industry standard tools such as Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc
