Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead KSA-based sales and development team. This critical role combines strategic leadership, market insight, and operational expertise to drive the growth and success of our property portfolio and residential/social housing projects.!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for the KSA-based sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, expand the property portfolio, and optimize market positioning.

  • Oversee market analysis and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.

  • Foster exceptional customer engagement to build trust and maximize client satisfaction.
    Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
    Stay updated on local and regional real estate regulations and industry trends.
    Build and manage relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents to foster long-term business growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
    Lead the development and management of residential and social housing projects, balancing profitability with social responsibility.

  • Oversee project strategies, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

  • Collaborate with local governments and community organizations to align projects with regulatory requirements and community needs.

  • Promote sustainable development practices to enhance environmental and social impact.
    Evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities in residential and affordable housing sectors.

  • Provide actionable insights to capitalize on emerging trends and demands.

  • Drive innovation by incorporating technology and modern practices into real estate development and sales operations.

  • Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) and track record in real estate sales, development, or project management, preferably within the KSA market.

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategies, and regulatory compliance.
    Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    Experience in residential and social housing development, with a focus on sustainability and community impact.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and real estate market dynamics.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, presentations and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental laws.

  • Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA).

  • PMP or other project management certification (preferred). Other software experience which are essential are listed below:

  • SAP SD (Sale)

  • SAP RE (Real Estate)

  • Microsoft Office
