  • Champion a culture of quality across the entire program, ensuring quality is embedded in all project activities from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Define and lead quality assurance activities for all deliverables, ensuring that project outputs meet safety, operational, and performance criteria.
  • Drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance quality performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness without compromising safety or compliance.
  • Ensure robust processes for inspecting, testing, and validating deliverables at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to proactively address and resolve any quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are promptly implemented.
  • Manage quality-related risks by developing and implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the resolution of quality issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that all non-conformances are effectively tracked and resolved.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Support senior leadership and stakeholders in understanding and mitigating potential quality-related risks impacting program delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the quality team, ensuring that all team members are adequately resourced and empowered to meet program objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and results.
  • Act as the primary liaison for quality issues with clients, contractors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure open and transparent communication across teams to align on quality expectations, delivery schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, concise quality reports to senior stakeholders, including program leadership, the client, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure that all quality metrics, audits, and inspections are documented, with clear recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide strategic advice on quality risks and performance, ensuring clear communication of quality goals and issues to senior management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
