Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to oversee and coordinate engineering projects under the EPMO framework, ensuring effective delivery while also supporting traffic and transportation reviews as part of the overall project scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects throughout all phases under the EPMO governance framework.

• Ensure alignment with contract obligations, ministry requirements, and applicable engineering standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for design reviews, approvals, and implementation.

• Prepare and update project schedules, reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior management.

• Identify project risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Provide oversight and guidance to technical teams, ensuring compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.

• Support in reviewing traffic-related reports and studies (such as traffic impact assessments and road safety considerations) as part of the multidisciplinary project reviews.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure best practices are applied within the EPMO framework.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Transportation, or related discipline).

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in engineering and project management.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects.

• Familiarity with traffic studies and reviews is preferred but not the main responsibility.

• Strong background in coordinating with government entities, consultants, and contractors.

• Prior experience in EPMO/PMO/PMC environments is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Solid understanding of engineering practices, project governance, and contract administration.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
