Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - ITS to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the ITS project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closing. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Resource Coordination: Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, allocating resources based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.

• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met within time and budget constraints.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.

• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare project status reports, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality standards and ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated expertise in managing large ITS projects from initiation to completion.

• Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, balancing technical and client requirements.

• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management, specifically within ITS or infrastructure projects.
