Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager with strong healthcare experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage construction management and construction supervision services for healthcare and hospital projects, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage construction management and supervision activities for healthcare and hospital projects from mobilization through handover.

• Serve as the primary interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders during the construction phase.

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of site supervision teams, inspectors, and discipline leads.

• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and approved methodologies.

• Ensure construction works comply with Qatar local building codes, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), QCDD regulations, and international standards.

• Review and approve contractor submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and construction schedules.

• Monitor progress against approved schedules and budgets and implement corrective actions where required.

• Identify construction risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution strategies.

• Chair and participate in site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings.

• Ensure quality control, health and safety, and environmental requirements are implemented on site.

• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in construction management or construction supervision of healthcare and hospital projects.

• Mandatory GCC experience.

• Strong knowledge of Qatar local building codes, including Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), and international building standards.

• Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare construction projects.

• Strong construction management, planning, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

• Grade A MMUP registration (preferred or required as per project).

• QCDD registration (preferred or required as per project).

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience working on complex hospital facilities with advanced MEP systems.
