Job Description:

Parsons is a global leader in delivering complex, world-class infrastructure. We are at the forefront of the most ambitious urban development project in history in Tabuk KSA. We are looking for a motivated Saudi National Project Engineer to join our team and help redefine the future of civil engineering and sustainable urban living.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Engineer, you will provide critical technical and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of high-speed rail, utility corridors, and structural foundations. You will act as a key link between the design teams and site construction, ensuring that work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Coordination: Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with the project's unique design codes.

• Site Oversight: Support the Senior Project Manager in monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring construction matches the "Digital Twin" models.

• Project Controls: Assist in tracking project schedules, preparing weekly progress reports, and managing Request for Information (RFI) logs.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and international consultants to resolve technical bottlenecks.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all civil works adhere to Parsons’ rigorous Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.

• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (P6).

• Communication: Strong command of English (written and spoken) to work within a multicultural, global team environment.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Previous experience working on Giga-projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and Navisworks.

• Graduate of a professional development program (e.g., SDAIA or Misk leadership tracks).
