Rate of Pay: $177,000 to $210,600 per year
Duties: Develop, manage, and/or execute all phases of the project controls effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis) for the Bus Radio Program. Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems. Develop reports and presentations showing the status of the project for corporate management review. Interface with client, project management team, project technical and construction team, corporate procurement, finance, and accounting. Attend regular meetings and provides statistical dashboards and reports for project management review and action. Maintain all project controls procedures in alignment with project business processes and determine methods to improve processes through lessons learned and analysis. Develop and maintain a project staffing plan that will be used for resource planning, labor and subcontractor forecasting and reporting as well as the project cash flow.
May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S. May telecommute.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field and 15 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Control Manager-related occupation.
Position requires:
Planning and budgeting including project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction/construction management, or project management within infrastructure segment. Cost management including cost control, setting up and managing cost code structure, and forecasting and cost productivity analysis Risk management including creating risk registers for projects, maintaining and monitoring through project lifecycle, and proposing mitigations/resolutions. Data analysis of project controls and finance including scheduling (including manpower loading); progress measurement; earned value; code of accounts; work breakdown structure; change management; cost control; project status reporting; cash flows; financial reporting. Project management industry software including Primavera P6, ERP and Cost Management Systems.
