Parsons is seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in program management and consulting to lead initiatives focused on data, reporting, and governance transformation within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role requires a proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs, driving alignment between business and IT, while leveraging knowledge of data governance, reporting, and analytics best practices.

The ideal candidate brings consulting or enterprise transformation experience, thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, and has the leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data, reporting, and governance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and timelines.
  • Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring visibility and proactive resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and maintaining accountability.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to track program progress, benefits realization, and overall transformation success.

Data, Reporting & Governance Enablement

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and translate data governance, reporting, and analytics requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Support the adoption of standardized data governance frameworks, metadata management, and reporting processes without being the technical SME.
  • Partner with business units to ensure new reporting and governance solutions are scalable, automated, and aligned with business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Serve as a liaison between business leaders and IT, ensuring priorities are clear and expectations are managed.
  • Lead workshops, steering committees, and working sessions to drive alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Coordinate training and communications to enable adoption of new data and reporting solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in program or project management, preferably within a consulting or enterprise transformation environment.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, or reporting-related projects (exposure to data governance frameworks is a plus).
  • Strong skills in program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or reporting tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, ICERTIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead high-visibility programs impacting data, reporting, and governance across the enterprise.
  • Work directly with executives and senior leaders on a multi-year transformation initiative.
