Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a skilled and experienced PMIS Implementation Manager to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-Builder, strong business analysis skills, and extensive experience in Program Management and Program Controls. This role requires someone who is adept at managing relationships and can oversee the planning and implementation of various systems including BIM, GIS, PMIS, Dashboards, Environmental Compliance Management, and ROW Management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the implementation and management of PMIS (Project Management Information Systems) and related systems.
- Develop and execute strategies for effective PMIS deployment and utilization across capital programs.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of PMIS to meet the specific needs of various projects.
- Ensure the PMIS aligns with organizational goals and enhances project management capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PMIS technology to continuously improve system capabilities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Ensuring effective integration of BIM, GIS, PMIS, Dashboards, Environmental Compliance Management, and ROW management systems.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in PMIS implementation and management.
- Expertise with Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder).
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Experience working on large capital programs and projects.
- Excellent facilitation and Project Management skills.

- Extensive experience in Program Management and Program Controls.
- Ability to work with others to define processes, implement solutions, and write documents on procedures and job aides.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
