PMC Lead - Stormwater Network Improvement Projects
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a experienced PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Leads to oversee Project Managers and ensure excellence in governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.We are delivering a major program to improve stormwater networks
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and guide multiple project teams and Project Managers across various stormwater network improvement projects.
Ensure alignment of all projects with DMT’s objectives, technical standards, and schedules.
Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations.
Drive consistency in project controls, methodologies, and quality standards.
Support resolution of high-level project issues and risks, providing senior-level guidance and decision-making.
Act as the escalation point for technical, contractual, and delivery-related challenges.
Lead program-level reporting, tracking KPIs, and presenting progress to senior stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication with DMT and internal leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize delivery schedules, and enhance performance across the portfolio.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with 10+ years in PMC leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale municipal infrastructure or stormwater/drainage projects.
