Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Readiness Manager to join our team!
Job Description:
As an Operations Readiness Manager, you will lead and coordinate all activities associated with the transition from construction, testing, and commissioning into live operations for visitor experience environments and live entertainment venues. You will ensure that operational strategies, staffing, procedures, and systems are fully aligned with the realities of complex, high-throughput experiential attractions and performance systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the development and coordination of operational readiness plans, including operational strategies, staffing structures, SOPs, maintenance frameworks, training programmes, and rehearsal plans.
- Working closely with the client, client’s operations team, direct vendors, contractors, commissioning teams, and future operators to develop, validate, and test readiness through scenario planning, simulations, emergency response drills, and full operational rehearsals.
- Verifying that facilities, systems, documentation, personnel, and procedures are tested and proven under realistic operating conditions prior to opening.
- Monitoring the interface between construction completion, testing and commissioning, authority inspections, and operational mobilisation.
- Supporting and coordinating verification processes leading to completion of certificates, ensuring readiness criteria, documentation deliverables, and handover obligations are satisfied before certification.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience in integrated venue operations planning, visitor experience facility readiness, pre-opening coordination, and operational transition management.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Experience in high-throughput attractions, live entertainment venues, or theme parks with complex operational interfaces.
