Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Network Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture. **This position is located in Ramstein Air Base, Germany (International Assignment) *NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'll Be Doing:

• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Implement and maintain routing protocols such as EIGRP and OSPF DMVPN, Multicast, SNMP, IPSec.

• Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enhance network security.

• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to network devices.

• Manage and configure COMSEC devices, including Taclanes (KG175D, KG250s).

• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of IPS 250 devices.

• Implement and manage PALO Firewalls, with a focus on Palo Altos.

• Implement Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) to ensure secure data transfer.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 10+ years relative experience

• CCNA certification

• ESS (Trellix) and SIEM (Splunk/SolarWinds) experience

• In-depth knowledge of EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols DMVPN, Multicast, SNMP, IPSec

• Experience configuring ACLs and applying STIGs

• Familiarity with COMSEC devices, Taclanes (KG175D, KG250s), and IPS 250

• Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) experience, and proficiency managing PALO Firewalls

• Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• CCNP certification

• Experience with Red Hat
