Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Multinational Initiatives Support Specialist to join our team! In this critical role, you will drive multinational initiatives that enhance the Global GEOINT Enterprise and foster deeper, more effective relationships with international partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, track, and assess multinational-related needs and requirements to strengthen partnerships with international stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with the multinational team to monitor and evaluate technology solutions developed to meet multilateral requirements in support of key missions

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to enable effective governance frameworks and operating structures for multinational initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date awareness of current and emerging NGA multinational partnership developments

• Analyze impacts, deliver subject matter expertise, and recommend improvements within international partnerships

• Coordinate timely and accurate responses to external taskers related to multinational initiatives

• Assist the multinational team in defining, building, and executing strategic requirements

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• Demonstrated experience utilizing project management tools, techniques, and processes to deliver results

• Proven ability to draft effective solutions to policy challenges and support office and agency leadership in multinational engagement

Required Clearance:

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen

• Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience providing foreign visit support, including facilitating visit logistics, assisting desk officers with read-ahead materials and presentations, and drafting/submitting executive summaries

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert on foreign partner participation in agency multinational initiatives

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
