Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Missile Defense System Engineering Operations Data Analyst to join our team! In this role you will develop state-of-the-art digital tools and perform data management, linking authoritative sources of truth, to support the development, validation, allocation, synchronization, and prioritization of Missile Defense System engineering plans and objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain the MDA Enterprise Systems Management (MDA/SEO) Data Engine using a variety of digital engineering and data management tools.

• Develop and maintain a database of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools to enable the development, validation, allocation, synchronization, and prioritization of Missile Defense System engineering plans and objectives.

• Develop dashboards and other data visualization tools to enable reporting of engineering data to working- and executive-level audiences.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience working with the Missile Defense System or another complex Department of Defense weapon system.

• Active secret clearance.

• Demonstrated ability to understand a complex weapon system through a digital lens, implementing digital engineering practices.

• Experience in creating SharePoint lists and other data management and visualization products.

• Familiarity with MBSE methodologies, industry best practices, and utilization of MBSE tools.

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with rapid problem-solving ability.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, data analytics, or similar field

• Experience with the following software tools: Microsoft Office 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Project, Tableau), Cameo, DOORS Classic, and DOORS Next Gen

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
