Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator - Saudi National to join our team to manage the day-to-day logistics operations on our airfield and infrastructure project.

This role involves coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between multiple project sites to ensure timely delivery and efficient utilization of resources. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement logistics plans to support site operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to various project locations.
• Coordinate the movement of resources between different construction zones, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with project managers to anticipate logistics needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Supervise the daily on-site logistics operations, including managing inventory, controlling material handling, and ensuring efficient site access for deliveries.
• Work closely with the site teams to ensure all equipment and materials are in place for smooth workflow without delays.
• Track and report the status of materials and equipment, ensuring the timely return or relocation of unused assets.
• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules, ensuring coordination with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods to multiple locations on-site, including airside, landside, and terminal facilities.
• Manage vehicle access and ensure compliance with airport-specific regulations and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure all logistics-related documentation is up to date and aligned with project needs.
• Report any delays, issues, or logistical challenges to the project management team and help resolve them in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external suppliers, transport companies, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that logistics contractors meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Negotiate delivery schedules, vehicle requirements, and other logistics needs with external vendors and service providers.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in managing site logistics, inventory control, or transportation coordination is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Understanding of logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of airport or construction site safety and compliance regulations.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or airport projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with site-specific logistics challenges, including coordination between airside and landside zones.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment handling, material handling systems, and crane operations (a plus).
