Liaison Engineer
Kuwait
Parsons is looking for a talented Liaison Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Project team and the Client coordinate internally between units, departments, and disciplines.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure tasks are coordinated well and completed according to procedures and schedule.
Coordinate externally with stakeholders to obtain information, feedback, and/ or approvals as needed.
Organize and maintain records of meetings and correspondence between all concerned parties and stakeholders .
Prepare reports and correspondence as needed, and brief management and team leaders accordingly .
Develop necessary forms for disciplines requested information and data.
Develop tracking tools required to monitor the discipline progress.
Update Planning Team with tasks progress and and pending issues.
Highlight to the Management issues with third party stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
BS degree in engineering and 10 years of related experience, including roads and infrastructure projects.
Arabic and English proficiency is required
Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
