Job Description:

Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Specialist (T&C) - MEP to join our team!

In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).  KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a mixture of world-class commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, contemporary residences, and a monorail in addition to smart city solutions that redefine urban living.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.
• Typical products may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.
• Provides support for other engineering activities as required. May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance.
• Provide input and technical guidance to the Senior Project Manager, CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and 8+ years of related work experience.

 What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
