Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ICT/ELV Manager to join our team!

Job Description:
As an ICT / ELV Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems during the construction phase of a motorsports facility. You will oversee installation, integration, and commissioning to ensure systems comply with project specifications, design intent, and applicable standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and testing and commissioning procedures related to ICT and ELV systems for compliance with project specifications, design intent, and standards.
• Monitoring installation, integration, and testing of systems including structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, network systems, security systems (CCTV and access control), public address, audiovisual systems, and other ELV systems.
• Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure proper system integration, operational readiness, and alignment with overall project requirements.
• Reporting any non-compliance or risks to the client.
• Overseeing testing and commissioning activities, reviewing as-built documentation, and ensuring operation and maintenance documentation is properly submitted prior to handover.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in ICT and ELV systems within large-scale developments, including construction supervision of complex facilities such as sports venues, entertainment facilities, or large public infrastructure projects.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience in motorsports or large venue ICT/ELV integration projects.
