Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content for various projects and lead the final reporting interface between the PMC and client. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Design and Project Delivery team to craft contemporary, vibrant and detail-oriented graphics and reports.  In addition, there will be occasions to enhance graphics intended for design modeling presentations.

We are seeking someone familiar with construction data that can make the difference between an unimaginative and unappealing data array and a snappy clean, inviting presentation or graphic that captures the attention of the audience.  We want our material to “pop” and stand out.  Our current material lacks pizzaz and attention to detail.

Ideally the candidate will show the initiative to take ownership of the creative elements and be excited to inject their own brand of creative latitude within some general defined guidelines.

We are flexible in working with a range of programs and software.  We would be interested in hearing from the candidate as to what platforms offer the best match for our goals to provide reporting excellence in a visually intriguing way.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including reports and presentations.

• Develop branding assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.

• Lead the data collection effort and to be confident enough to persist in collecting all the needed data to support any given presentation

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver innovative solutions.

• Act as a Project Management Consultant to provide strategic advice on content design, workflows and the presentation of project execution data.

• Conduct regular reviews to assess and offer critique and comments for recommend improvements.

• Identify potential design challenges and propose solutions to optimize visual impact and usability.

• Prepare and present design concepts, mockups, and final deliverables to stakeholders and clients.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

• Strong knowledge of different types of construction data arrays, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

• Certification in PMP or similar project management methodologies is a plus.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design issues.

• Experience in facilitating report/presentation reviews and stakeholder meetings.
