Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an experienced FFE Specialist to lead the specification, selection, coordination, and delivery of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment packages for our large scale development projects. You’ll ensure that all FFE elements align with the project’s design vision, quality standards, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll develop and manage the FFE scope of work, specifications, and budgets in close coordination with the design, procurement, and construction teams.

• You’ll prepare detailed FFE schedules, drawings, and documentation to support design intent and procurement.

• You’ll coordinate with interior designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of FFE into the overall design.

• You’ll lead the review and approval process for FFE samples, mockups, and shop drawings.

• You’ll manage timelines for ordering, delivery, installation, and commissioning of FFE items.

• You’ll ensure compliance with quality standards, durability requirements, and client expectations for luxury finishes and products.

• You’ll assist in resolving technical or logistical issues related to FFE throughout project phases.

• You’ll support the preparation of presentations and reports related to FFE progress and status.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience specializing in FFE management on high-end hospitality, residential, or luxury projects.

• Strong knowledge of FFE products, specifications, and procurement processes.

• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience with ultra-luxury developments or mega projects in the Middle East.

• Familiarity with sustainability standards related to materials and products.

• Ability to manage multiple FFE packages in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of logistics and installation coordination for complex fit-outs.
