Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities and Engineering Affairs Manager to join our team! In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert and support on a large-scale transformation project with a governmental entity in Saudi.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the Facilities and Engineering Affairs Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the services activation team throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the facilities and engineering transformation activation plan in alignment with the approved TOM.
  • Review initiative deliverables and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, standards, and operational requirements.
  • Advise on the planning, design, construction, and lifecycle management of defense infrastructure programs.
  • Provide recommendations on facilities strategy, asset management, and maintenance frameworks to support future force structure and capability development.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost efficiency, and performance improvement across facilities and engineering functions.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams, ensuring integration between engineering, operations, and transformation workstreams.
  • Contribute to governance forums, reporting, and decision-making processes related to facilities and engineering transformation initiatives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in facilities, engineering, or infrastructure management, preferably within defense or large government organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction project management, and asset maintenance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.
