Parsons are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis & Executive Reporting Manager to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level reports and presentations. The role is critical in ensuring that our executive team has the insights needed to make informed decisions, with a focus on highlighting key information while eliminating unnecessary data.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.
• Prepare high-level executive summaries and reports to present critical insights.
• Develop and design clear, compelling presentations for executive meetings.
• Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, while filtering out extraneous information.
• Work closely with different departments to gather and validate data.
• Translate complex data sets into understandable and actionable formats.
• Monitor data trends and provide timely insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data and reports.
• Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior executives.
• Provide direction to graphic designers, briefing developers, photographers, illustrators and other required staff.
• Manage and monitor production schedules.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of related experience, including some experience in a lead capacity.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and executive level presentations.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-friendly formats.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of business processes and key performance metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Real estate and Development experience
• Experience of Working in KSA is a must
