Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Senior EIDS Cyber Lead to support the BNATCS program, providing leadership and oversight of all cybersecurity and Enterprise Information and Data Systems (EIDS) functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that ensures compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the EIDS cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and execution across the BNATCS program.

• Provide cyber and information assurance oversight ensuring compliance with federal and customer cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, FedRAMP).

• Serve as the primary interface with customer security stakeholders on cyber posture, risk, and incident response.

• Partner with IT, Engineering, and Program Operations teams to integrate cybersecurity into systems design, deployment, and sustainment.

• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and mitigation planning.

• Ensure continuous monitoring, configuration management, and reporting of cyber risk posture.

• Develop and manage cybersecurity metrics and reporting for leadership and customer review.

• Lead, mentor, and guide a distributed team of cybersecurity and EIDS professionals.

• Support proposal and growth initiatives by contributing to solution design and pricing for future program phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level cybersecurity programs or teams within federal or defense environments.

• Strong understanding of NIST, RMF, and related federal security standards.

• Experience supporting or leading cyber operations within large-scale, complex programs.

• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.

• CISSP, CISM, or related certifications strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
