Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role, you will lead and oversee the design process, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and high-quality project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and overseeing design processes from concept to completion.

• Ensuring designs align with project requirements, sustainability goals, and client expectations.

• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design solutions.

• Reviewing and approving design deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Implementing best practices in smart and sustainable city design.

• Providing leadership and mentorship to design teams.

• Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective design execution.

• Ensuring adherence to local regulations, codes, and environmental considerations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Smart and Sustainable Cities, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in design management.

• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and smart city solutions.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.

• Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certification frameworks.

• Ability to drive innovation and integrate smart technologies into design solutions.
