Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Entry and Administrative Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for accurate data management and administrative support for the CEO’s office. Proficiency in Arabic is essential, as all correspondence will be prepared and reviewed in Arabic. The Specialist will enter and process data according to established procedures, communicate effectively with other departments, and assist with special projects. This role is vital for maintaining data accuracy and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the Data Entry and administrative coordinator for H.E. the CEO's Office.
Enter and process follow-up data and analysis in accordance with procedures approved by the Royal Commission.
Prepare, audit, and review internal and external correspondence and letters in Arabic.
Support the Office Director to ensure correspondence is sorted and managed in a timely manner.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Collaborate with other administrative staff in the CEO’s office to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular audits of data and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by H.E.the CEO or Office Director.
Compile data and prepare reports to H.E.the CEO’s Office Director.
Demonstrate strong Arabic writing skills to effectively communicate in all correspondence.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or in a related field.
5 years of professional experience.
Previous Royal commission project experience will be an asset.
Strong proficiency in Arabic writing and communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
