Job Description:

Do you want to use your technical expertise and great ideas to do something more - to have more of an impact in helping protect our nation?  Parsons is currently seeking a eager Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team to provide direct support to our operations and growth team in designing outstanding solutions to deliver to our customers and help revolutionize the way the do business. 
 
As a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, you will have the chance to combine your expertise with that of our amazing team to develop and implement new ideas and solutions to pitch and deliver to our customers to to meet their hardest requirements.  By working with our world class cyber subject matter experts and Parsons Fellows, you will continually both test the limits of your skills and level them up to help create innovative visions for the future of our nation's cybersecurity capabilities and then bring those visions to reality.
 
What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging in thought leadership and designing of technical architectures to provide overall solutions (technical solutions as well as complementary management and staffing solutions or components that reinforce the technical solution) for proposal and growth efforts for our Cybersecurity team - from Forward Hunt Sensors to Adversary Emulation to RMF

• Providing leadership and vision to our technical teams directly supporting our customers, helping them deliver exquisite technical solutions and support

• Providing leadership and vision to technical teams supporting proposals, helping them develop superior proposals to help meet the Government's requirements in unique and exceptional ways

• Working with our operations teams, both by reviewing briefings / write-ups and having active in-person discussions, to learn (and then stay up-to-date on) what they do for our customers and what makes our teams uniquely awesome, so you can share that knowledge on our growth efforts

• Getting to know our customers and their needs, and then combining your expertise, our team's expertise, and our current (and future) capabilities to prepare solutions to meet our customer's needs in new and innovative ways

• Leveraging both your and our team's great ideas to deliver thought-provoking whitepapers and RFI responses to help meet our customer's toughest challenges

• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to our Cybersecurity team's technical work

• Continually working to improve our templates, documentation, and processes (and training others to make use of these improvements) to make it easier to deliver higher quality proposals, whitepapers, and RFI responses.

 
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• An eagerness to support proposals/whitepapers/RFIs, learn better ways of doing these, and continually work to improve our methods of developing / delivering these

• Subject Matter Expertise in at least one technical area related to Defensive Cyber Operations

• 6+ years of experience in technical roles with a relevant technical degree (or 10+ years experience in technical roles without a relevant technical degree)

• A proven aptitude for technical writing, including helping convey technical topics in a manner than enables non-technical experts to understand and digest them

• An Active Top Secret clearance (with ability to obtain SCI)

 
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• An Active TS/SCI Clearance (Poly is a huge plus)

• Experience supporting proposals (writing, solutioning, providing SME support)

• Experience with RMF

Salary Range: 

$140,700.00 - $253,300.00
