Job Description:

Parsons is anticipating the need for a Cost Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project on-site in Dublin. In this role, you will develop and implement robust cost control and procurement processes to manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement cost control processes.

• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.

• Manage procurement processes and tender evaluations.

• Generate and present cost reports and variance analyses.

• Identify and manage cost-related risks.

• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Drive continuous improvement in cost management.

• Coach junior staff.

• Perform additional duties as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction cost management, PQS, or contractor/developer roles.

• Proven track record on high-value infrastructure projects.

• Experience supporting cost management in major project environments.

• Experience influencing process improvement.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Project Management, or Cost Management.

• CMA or equivalent certification (desirable).

Note: This position is contingent upon project award and future funding. This exciting new opportunity is planned to commence in Spring 2026.
