WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Strategic Field Leadership: Direct all on-site construction activities for wet utility networks, identifying critical milestones and ensuring work sequences align with the overall Trojena master schedule.
Complex Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation of high-pressure pipelines, deep gravity sewers, pumping stations, and high-altitude water storage tanks within a challenging mountainous terrain.
Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage multiple international subcontractors, ensuring the availability of specialized mountain-construction equipment and manpower to maximize productivity.
Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify field clashes and technical problem areas, taking preventative action to ensure critical milestones are met without compromising design integrity.
Quality & Efficiency: Ensure the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control (QA/QC) at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
HSE Champion: Implement Parsons’ and NEOM’s rigorous Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, focusing on deep excavation safety and remote-site logistics.
Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary site contact for NEOM client representatives and government authorities, maintaining strong relations and ensuring smooth handover of completed assets.
WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical, Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: 15+ years of field construction experience, with a heavy focus on large-scale infrastructure and wet utilities (water, TSE, and foul sewer).
Leadership: Proven capability to direct large multidisciplinary teams and manage multi-million dollar construction packages in a "Giga-project" environment.
Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of industry practices, authority standards, and regulations applicable to potable water and wastewater systems.
Communication: Exceptional written and oral English communication skills; ability to prepare high-level progress reports and lead technical coordination meetings.
WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Chartered Engineer Status: Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration.
Agility: Experience working in remote, camp-based, or high-altitude construction sites.
