Assistant Project Manager  (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is now hiring a motivated and energetic Assistant Project Manager to join our team!

In this role you will support the project management team for small to medium-sized master planning and infrastructure design projects and ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with the contractual obligations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supports the project manager for small to medium-sized projects

• To ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.  

• To achieve profitability of each element of the project and all of the financial elements of the project. 

• Supports activities such as scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives.  

• Plans and defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them. 

• Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.

• Develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, mechanical, or electrical Engineering

• Prior or internship experience in engineering, fresh graduates are invited to apply.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required

• Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and project management activity.

• Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects
