Assistant Project Manager

Abu Dhabi

Parsons is now hiring an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team!

In this role you will support the Project Manager and Project Director to deliver master planning and infrastructure design projects and ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with the contractual obligations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete variety of project management tasks such as internal coordination within project design team, coordinate with external project stakeholders, arrange and attend project meetings and follow up and monitor project progress.

• Prepares requisitions for sub-contractors.

• Prepare project progress meetings and project progress reports.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of related work experience

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required

• Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and project management activity.

• Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Attention to detail and proficiency in work

Licenses and Certifications
Professional registration is not essential but will be an added advantage.
