Assistant Project Design Manager (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Project Design Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role will hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in day-to-day project management activities by coordinating with the design team and ensuring all tasks align with project objectives and schedules.

• Assist in managing all project-related communications to ensure accurate and timely information flow among stakeholders. Follow up with stakeholders to address any concerns and provide updates on project progress.

• Attend meetings and calls with local authorities and prepare necessary documentation to support discussions and decisions.

• Coordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

•  Assist in implementing and monitoring project quality management processes to ensure that all deliverables meet required standards and specifications.

• Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking to keep all stakeholders informed.

• Provide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.

• Must be a UAE National.
