Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately - complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.

• Perform CAD drawings, BIM models, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.

• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. Interfaces with suppliers as required.

• Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.

• Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.

• Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.

• Develops design solutions proficiently and prepares high quality presentation drawings.

• Renders based on understanding of local and international regulation and Building Code.

• Prepares technical packages from concept design, through Design development, Final Design to Tender and Contract documentation

• Produces and manages Production Information, working designs and high-quality presentation drawings.

• Attend site to assist with supervision of installation of the contract works.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized university is required.

• 5 to10 years of related experience in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing.

• Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required (3DMAX , VRAY, BIM modeling).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must.
