I am fortunate to be part of the King Salman International Airport team, one of the most ambitious projects in the region. From contract reviews to coordinating with contractors on site, this experience has given me real-world exposure to how mega projects are managed and delivered. Working closely with my mentors provided me with invaluable guidance, strengthened my technical knowledge, and taught me the importance of leadership, teamwork, and accountability. This experience has inspired me to continue my journey with Parsons, and I will be joining the team full-time after graduation.

What are the requirements to join?
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university program and in pursuit of a degree in engineering, or other fields available in the company such as : Finance, IT, HR and Business Development.
- Must have a strong academic record and coursework relevant to the internship positions.
- Must pass the required interview for the internship opportunity.
What is the timeline?
- We require an 8-week minimum for all our Parsons internships, but many of our interns apply for extensions.
- Offered at various times throughout the year.
When will I hear back after applying?
Selections may occur any time after you submit your application.
Is this a paid opportunity?
Yes, internships at Parsons are paid. Interns receive a stipend awardof SAR 1500 per month
Can I work at parsons after my internship?
All high performing interns will receive an offer for a full-time position upon availability before they finish our internship program
