Parsons is looking for a talented Test & Verification Engineer to join our growing team!
In this role you will get to support development of an exciting new space and ground capability for the United States Space Force. Our approach to systems engineering for this program embraces model-based systems engineering (MBSE), where a single digital model serves as the Authoritative Source of Truth (ASOT) for all vendors across the entire development lifecycle. Engineering documentation such as requirements, interface control documents, verification plans, architecture diagrams, and service implementation details are generated from this centralized model repository. The model integrates with spacecraft vendor models, to ensure end-to-end interoperability and effective communication across all stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role that requires on-site system testing at the BGIF and Boulder area up to 5 days a week during concentrated test windows -- Non-testing periods can support remote work/WFH. Up to 10% out of area travel may be required.

Support the development and Test of the Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) Track Custody (MTC) ground environment.
Serve as a Test and Verification Engineer for the MTC program, responsible for ensuring products and capabilities are completely verified and integrated into the system baseline.

Provide program support to include, but not limited to inputs for Program documentation in support of a Middle Tier of Acquisition (ex. System Engineering Plan (SEP), Test Engineering Management Plan (TEMP), Program Protection Plan (PPP), Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)).
Coordinate with contractors and the SSC Program Office (PO) for the design and the Test of MTC Ground capabilities at the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF). Those capabilities include user/operator workspaces and collaboration areas, data center resources and space, network and communications, cybersecurity, shared infrastructure services, and standard operating procedures and tenant support activities.
