Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, manage, and/or executes all phases of the project controls and reporting effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis)
What You'll Be Doing:
Develops and implements the QIP controls and reporting strategy and plans.
Develops Standard operating procedures for the controls and reporting aspects of the program and ensure that QIP follow them so there is operational consistency across the program.
Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the controls and reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.
Responsible for internal controls and reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
Responsible for external controls and reporting, including all major contracts.
Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure best for program controls and reporting decisions.
Reports controls and reporting challenges and issues to the XSC Business Management Director and develops appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
4-year degree in a relevant BS Enginering in technical field or related with 12-15 years of related experience in controls & reporting of major capital works.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Professional membership desirable. Functional interview essential to establish technical expertise.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
Detailed and extensive understanding and appreciation of controls and reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
Excellent business judgment.
