Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Environmental Supervisor to join our team! The Senior Environmental Supervisor is responsible for managing the environmental interface with the Client and the various Contractors on site, and for ensuring compliance of all construction activities with the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP). The scope includes review of new work sites to ensure compliance with their CEMP, and review of Contractor environmental documentation to ensure best environmental practice. It will also include oversight of sample collection and review of results, a lead role in review of Environmental Impact Assessments and permit applications for new projects in consultation with the Client, and advise to other project members on environmental issues, will spend a significant amount of time on site observing conditions and Contractor activities to ensure that CEMP commitments are met, especially with regard to sensitive environmental issues such as dust control, , site cleanliness, vehicle maintenance facilities, and protection of local flora and fauna also will supervise the Environmental Officer and other environmental staff. It is anticipated that the group may eventually require an Environmental Technician to assist more with routine environmental sampling and inspections.
Responsibilities :-
· Environmental oversight: Deal with the administration of the CEMP submittal and review process for the Contractors. This will include verification of compliance with the clients CEMP, as well as the review and approval of environmental documentation and field verification of compliance with the environmental documentation either directly or through supervisory role over other environmental staff. You will report to the Parsons program Senior HSE Manager
· Reports: Compile environmental metrics for the environmental portion of the Logistics monthly report, and compile and publish environmental reports for the Client.
· Meeting Minutes: Coordinate and manage regular meetings with the various Document contractors. Document discussions in meetings and issue them expeditiously as required.
· Other Duties: Coordinate directly with the Client’s Environmental Manager and miscellaneous other environmental assignments as requested by the Program Senior HSE Manager.

Education and Experience:-
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Environmental Management in Civil Engineering or construction related field with at least 12 years relevant experience.
· Must be a Certified Practitioner or associate practitioner registered with an internationally recognized institution (i.e.. OSHA, NEBOSH, IEMA)
· Attended recognized safety-related courses.
· Must have attend recognized environmental-related training courses.
