Quelques projets phares sur lesquels nos équipes de Parsons Québec travaillent:

• Bonification de l’autoroute 30 entre Boucherville et Brossard;
• Réfection majeure du tunnel Louis-H.-La Fontaine et des tunnels Ville-Marie et Viger; 
• Aménagements temporaires pour la reconstruction du pont de l’Île-aux-Tourtes;
• Construction du pont international Gordie-Howe, à titre d’ingénieur du propriétaire; 
• Réfection des infrastructures de l’acheminement et de l’aéroport JFK;
• Plusieurs autres projets en mode alternatif au Québec et au Canada, pour lesquels Parsons agit à titre de concepteur en chef, d’ingénieur du propriétaire ou de certificateur indépendant.

Actuellement, l’équipe de génie routier est à la recherche d'un(une) ingénieur (ingénieure) pour prendre la charge de projets pour se joindre à notre bureau de Montréal ou de Québec.

Idéalement vous avez :

• Baccalauréat en génie civil ou en génie de la construction;
• 5+ ans d’expérience en conception d’infrastructures routières ;
• Membre actif de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
• Maitrise des normes du ministère des Transports du Québec et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD);
• Bonne connaissance des normes de l'Association des transports du Canada (ATC) ;
• Certifications du MTMD et/ou de l'Association Québécoise des Transports Routiers (AQTR) sont un atout (STC 101, 102 et 201) ;
• Excellentes capacités en coordination d’équipes multidisciplinaires, bon sens de l’autonomie et d’initiative; 
• Excellentes habiletés en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais ;
• Capacité à gérer et prioriser plusieurs dossiers simultanément pour respecter les échéanciers et budgets ;
• Bonnes compétences de communication, analytiques et aptitudes de leader;
• Aptitude à travailler en équipe et en collaboration avec d’autres bureaux de Parsons à travers le monde ;
• Bonne connaissance d'AutoCad et/ou MicroStation;
• Maitrise des logiciels MS Office.

Avec nous, vous pouvez :

• Élaborer et réaliser des concepts préliminaires et définitifs dans le cadre de projets routiers incluant les domaines de la chaussée, géométrie routière, drainage, signalisation et maintien de la circulation
• S’assurer de la conformité de la conception aux normes en vigueur ;
• Préparer et mettre à jour les rapports, les notes techniques et les spécifications ;
• Participer à la préparation de la documentation et des estimations de coûts ;
• Contribuer à la préparation des documents d'appel d’offres ;
• Assurer la gestion de projet en appliquant les notions de gestion des ressources, budgets et échéanciers ;
• Assurer la coordination avec les autres disciplines concernées ;
• S’assurer de la constructibilité ;
• Assurer d’autres responsabilités associées à ce poste le cas échéant.

Langue de travail pour les postes situés en permanence au Québec

La connaissance du français est requise pour les postes situés en permanence au Québec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collègues et partenaires au Québec. Une formation en français est offerte à tout titulaire d’un poste permanent au Québec qui ne possède pas une bonne connaissance du français.

Autre exigence linguistique

La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collègues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situés à l’extérieur du Québec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.

Some of the key projects on which our Parsons Quebec teams are working on:

• Improvement of Highway 30 between Boucherville and Brossard;
• Major rehabilitation of the Louis-H.-La Fontaine tunnel and the Ville-Marie and Viger tunnels;
• Temporary facilities for the reconstruction of the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge;
• Construction of the Gordie-Howe International Bridge, as owner's engineer;
• Rehabilitation of the transport infrastructure and the JFK airport;
• Several other alternative mode projects in Quebec and Canada, for which Parsons acts as lead designer, owner's engineer or independent certifier.

Ideally, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering;
• 5-10 years of experience in roadway infrastructure design;
• Active member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
• Mastery of standards from the Quebec Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility (MTSM);
• Some knowledge of standards from the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC);
• Certification from MTMD and/or the AQTR would be an asset (STC 101, 102 and 201);
• Excellent coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams, autonomy and initiative;
• Excellent oral & written communication skills both French & English;
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and budgets;
• Analytical mindset/communication skills;
• Leadership skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Parsons offices around the world;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation software;
• Proficiency with MS Office software.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.

Other language requirement

Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
