Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and drive the adoption of BIM standards, processes & procedures aligned with ISO19650, support chain assessment, BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps and the compliance of Appointed Parties BIM docs and other digital deliverables following Appointing Party requirements.
Manage the BIM Deliverables produced by different Design Teams within our organization and ensure that Information Uses in the Models are implemented as per EIR and BEP.
The BIM Manager will conduct BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, lessons learned, inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor and track implementation and performance via Power BI and other online tools.
Leads the development of a Pre/Post Contract BIM Execution Plan(s), EIR’s Appendices, MIDP and leads the procurement of external services to enhance implementation, including the development of Scopes of Work (SoW), technical evaluation of the proposals.
Coordinate with the Design Teams on the model production and ensure BIM deliverables in accordance with the agreed Level of Information Need (LOIN), TIDP, MIDP, BEP and CDE protocol.
Review models with the Design Team leaders to highlight if any design or construction issues.
Responsible for project-wide BIM Quality Assurance/Quality Control monitoring.
Guide Design Teams in implementing the library of objects with embedded content that provides the LOIN based on the phase and Appointing Party requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution/ university is required.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Design from an Architecture/Civil Engineering discipline background with minimum 3 years of regional experience.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in BIM Implementation on Major Projects or Program.
Interpersonal skills, technical presentations with excellent communication skills in English.
Experience with, but not limited to, de facto industry BIM and Engineering tools such as: Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks Manage, ACC, PowerBI. Optional: Revizto, Dynamo, Python.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Bentley Systems: ProjectWise, EDMS: Aconex or similar, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe IS preferred.
