Job Description:

Join our innovative team at Parsons where technology meets creativity! We are at the forefront of AI development, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with cutting-edge hardware and software. This summer, we are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and talented intern to dive into the exciting world of AI and target detection.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Summer Intern to work on an exhilarating project involving AI development for target detection using ORIN Jetson and a variety of advanced cameras, including visible, IR, and polarimetric. This is a hands-on role where you will collect images, train AI models, and test hardware, culminating in a final demonstration of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image Collection: Capture and curate datasets using visible, IR, and polarimetric cameras.
• AI Model Training: Develop and train AI models for target detection using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Hardware Testing: Implement and test your AI models on ORIN Jetson hardware.
• Final Demonstration: Present your findings and demonstrate the functionality of your AI models in a final showcase.

Qualifications:

• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI principles and experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in C# and Python.
• Linux Knowledge: Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for AI development and a keen interest in target detection technologies.

Salary Range: 

$21.44 - $37.55
